WHAT IS VIVE?
VIVE is a company dedicated to managing vendor requirements including reviewing documents such as insurance certificates, policy endorsements, licenses, and W-9s to help minimize your association’s risk and liability.
VIVE’s automated vendor portal and intuitive online registration process streamlines vendor interactions, allowing vendors and CSI Community Management to centrally track important documents in an accurate and timely manner.
In addition to confirming your vendors meet the minimum insurance requirements and have current trade licenses, VIVE also conducts a review of the company’s status with the state and the Government Watch Lists.
