This new, toll-free hotline is dedicated to assisting consumers who require additional connectivity support with their Widex wireless hearing instruments -- including questions about Bluetooth connectivity (app downloads, pairing and functions) and Widex DEX™ devices.
Please note: This hotline will not provide consumer support for audiologic or device fitting questions. In these cases, consumers will be referred to their Hearing Healthcare Professionals.
