Introducing a NEW Member Benefit Program

Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce announced the establishment of a groundbreaking initiative aimed at bolstering the region's workforce and fostering economic growth: The Center for Training and Development. The Center will provide comprehensive resources and training opportunities to empower employees and businesses alike.

In today's dynamic labor market, the demand for a skilled and adaptable workforce has never been greater. As technology advances and industries undergo constant transformation, the need for employees to possess critical skills such as change management, problem-solving, and effective communication has become paramount.

Employee expectations are also changing. According to a Microsoft survey, 55% of employees believe learning requires leaving. Additionally, 76% say they would stay longer with their current employer if they could benefit from more learning and development support.

Recognizing this imperative, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce has taken proactive steps to help members leverage learning to improve business performance.
