In an effort to accelerate our Value-Added Resellers’ sales velocity and path to growth, Spectrum Business is implementing a true wholesale program - delivering nationwide wholesale pricing, simplified quoting, with a clear roadmap toward automation. 


As a first phase of this initiative, effective December 19, 2025 (“Rate Card Effective Date”), Spectrum Business is implementing new wholesale pricing on our Spectrum Dedicated Fiber Internet (“DFI”) service. This new two-tiered pricing model streamlines quoting and provides a faster, more consistent path to our best rates. 

With access to a comprehensive wholesale building list of nearly 3.7 million buildings, you quickly determine if your customer qualifies for Tier 1 or Tier 2 pricing — and confidently price the right solution using our new VAR Rate Card.


To transact with the new rate card, simply follow the steps below: 


1. Leverage our best rates designed to simplify the sales process and drive more wins. 

2. Choose the serviceability and quoting option that works best for you: 

• Use Spectrum's tools to check serviceability and create quotes on demand
• Leverage your VAR Channel Manager (“VCM”) for assistance 

3. Keep your current ordering process, but now with faster quoting and quicker speed to market. 


Note: Orders accepted prior to the Rate Card Effective Date will be honored at the then-current rate listed on the applicable Service Order.
