Meet our Builders

Our builders are essential to bringing Warm Timber’s vision to life. From master bath saunas to bespoke vintage cellars, Eric and Loren are the driving force behind the craftsmanship that defines us. Get to know them below.

With over 20 years of hands-on carpentry experience, I bring deep knowledge of craftsmanship, detail, and design to my role as Lead Builder with Warm Timber. I began learning the trade as a teenager, alongside my father, which laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for building, and previously ran my own contracting company.

In addition to building, I also support day-to-day operations and enjoy connecting with customers throughout the process.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father to three wonderful kids. Whether I’m at home or on-site, I value hard work, honesty, and creating things that stand the test of time.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats in the construction world: laborer, carpenter, foreman, and eventually, Lead Builder with Warm Timber. I see projects through from the ground up and take pride in doing things the right way. I believe every structure should reflect integrity, both in design and in execution.

As I am of my work in the construction industry, nothing compares to the pride I feel as a husband and father. My greatest accomplishments don’t stand on concrete foundations but live in the home I’ve built with my wife and children. I strive every day to be a steady example of hard work, responsibility, on the job and in every moment spent with my family.
