Graduating from Irene’s Myomassology Institute, Karen became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017.

She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal massage. Karen incorporates many different modalities into her massages including but not limited to; trigger point release, myofascial techniques, and various types of stretching. Karen uses her intuitive touch paired with her knowledge of different methods to cater to each individual's needs. She is well adaptive in her techniques and is dedicated to creating a healthy lifestyle for herself and others.

Outside of the massage room, Karen enjoys cooking/eating plant based food, snowboarding, hiking, traveling, and running with her partner and two dogs.
