We are delighted to introduce to you Brandon Eaves, the next Director of Youth Ministries at Church of Our Saviour!  Brandon will begin his new post on Tuesday, August 16.

 

Brandon is a local, having grown up in the Julington Creek area. Brandon came to faith in Jesus Christ when he was a Junior at Creekside High School through a local youth ministry.  Since then has developed a deep Christian faith, longing to know God through His Word, and to share that knowledge with others.

 

After graduating from Creekside, Brandon attended Columbia International University in Columbia, SC, earning a degree in Bible Teaching. It was during his college years that Brandon discovered and began to embrace our Anglican heritage.

 

Brandon says, "I am excited to embark on the journey that lies ahead at Our Saviour. I look forward to the opportunity to build relationships with middle and high school students by having fun and just hanging out; but most importantly I long to see students embrace Christ as their Lord and walk with Him in their daily lives." 

 

Full time youth ministry is not Brandon's only upcoming adventure.  He recently became engaged to Miss Abbey Rutt, and they will marry in May of 2017. They will make a great team! 

 

Youth and parents should expect an announcement very soon about a time to welcome Brandon to our congregation. Brandon will take the next few weeks to get settled and oriented, and then will kick off the EYC semester early in September.  Welcome Brandon!
