Newly Elected ASB Breathes New Life Into the Spirit of MC

The Associated Student Body (ASB) is excited to be leading the wildcats for the 2023-2024 school year. These leaders work in collaboration to develop and plan various campus events and initiatives to promote school spirit and community. This year’s ASB is working hard to create some new traditions and revive some others. Read more to hear about what we have in store for this school year.

ASB Goals for This Year

A- All In This Together: Our goal is for everyone to come together both on their class level and with the full school community by creating some new events and providing more opportunities for everyone to get involved.

S- Strength In Spirit: Our goal is to revive some campus spirit with new rally traditions, different spirit dress days, and a fun year-long class competition.

B- Bring It…To Us: ASB can’t do this alone- we need your feedback! Reach out to us so we know how best to serve you, the student body.

Yearlong Class Competition

This year we are introducing a year-long class competition. Each week there will be different opportunities for each of the four classes to earn points. This includes participation in spirit days, rally competitions, attendance at athletic and visual and performing arts events, adherence to dress code, school day activities, and so much more. The class competition will end on May 1. The winning class will be celebrated at a trophy ceremony and a class party. Stay tuned for more information.
