Case studies, personal experiences and practical models will provide interactive learning and valuable take-aways that will enhance both technical and leadership skills.
The program includes key business-focused content on strategy and business alignment, planning and management, budgeting and tracking, leadership and communication planning, governance, and IT innovation. The program is offered in partnership with the College of Business at SF State and HMG Strategy, LLC.
