Dear Business Affairs team,

Several months ago, I asked you to consider self-nominating to serve on our new Employee Engagement Advisory Group. Many of you answered that call, and I'm grateful for your enthusiasm and willingness to contribute.

Today, I'm pleased to introduce the inaugural group of staff members selected to represent you on the EEAG. Thank you to each of them for their willingness to serve, and especially to Major Kristy Maculan of the University of Florida Police Department for agreeing to chair this group.

  • Major Kristy Maculan, Chair, University of Florida Police Department
  • Amy Armstrong, Co-Chair, Office of the Vice President for Business Affairs
  • Leticia Forster, Business Affairs Human Resources
  • Lisa Crosby, Transportation and Parking Services
  • Laurence Prunetti, Environmental Health & Safety
  • Hadley Owen, Stephen C. O'Connell Center
  • Jodi Chase, Business Affairs Technical Services
  • Jeff Santerre, Physical Security
  • Tiffany Castle, University of Florida Police Department
  • Brady Nettina, Emergency Management
  • Danette Loyd, Business Services
  • Jennifer Moore, Office of the Vice President for Business Affairs

As Business Affairs continues to grow and evolve, it's important that we create intentional opportunities to listen, collaborate and build an environment where everyone feels connected, supported and valued. I encourage you to visit the EEAG website, which will feature upcoming events, initiatives and opportunities to engage.

Most importantly, I want you to know that your voice matters. The EEAG will help ensure that staff perspectives continue to inform the direction of our division, and I encourage you to share your ideas, feedback and suggestions with the group.

I look forward to seeing where this work takes us and to the positive impact the EEAG can have across our division.

Sincerely,

Brandi Renton

Vice President for Business Affairs
