Volume 1 | August 30, 2019
To our dedicated volunteers, past and present:
We're excited to launch our first official Volunteer e-newsletter! You're receiving this email because at some point in the past you indicated an interest in volunteering at Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society. Our goal with this first newsletter is to find out whether or not you would like to receive future Volunteer Community e-newsletters, give you a sneak peek at what to expect in future editions and to update you on a couple of current volunteering opportunities.
Would you like to receive future volunteer newsletters?
First things first: Would you like to continue receiving this volunteer newsletter and be a member of our volunteer community? If your answer is yes, you don't have to do a thing! If not, reply to this email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line or within the message body. (*In doing so, you will be removed from our "Volunteer" email list ONLY. You will continue to receive Lucy Mackenzie's general emails if you have signed up to do so.)
What can you expect in future editions?
You can look forward to receiving information about upcoming events, links to our videos, changes at Lucy Mackenzie, new volunteer opportunities and so much more! Our hope is to better stay in touch, and to let you know of new ways that you can make a difference in the lives of our animals. We want your volunteering experience to be as rewarding and meaningful for you as it is to us!
How do inactive volunteers reconnect with us?
If you're currently not volunteering and would like to do so, either send us an email at [email protected] or call us at 802-484-LUCY and let's discuss. Our volunteer program has always been flexible and remains so - we want to make it work for you and your schedule!
All hands on deck for the Lucy Mac 5K9!
