It has always been a vision of Inner Peace Massage and Healing Services to expand beyond massage, which is why I chose the name "and Healing Services"...I knew all along my business would grow to something much more broad and expansive beyond anything I could have imagined in my head.

There are many paths and modalities to healing, Nirvana, enlightenment, whatever you want to call it. But the truth is that there is no end destination, no final "AHA" moment, as Oprah would say. No matter how much you grow and learn, the road to improving your health and wealth (because, after all, your health is your wealth) never ends.
I don't mean to say that to get you down, but rather to encourage you to keep going. There is no quick fix or universal solution that works for everyone, we all respond to different healing modalities, but exploring all possibilities and opening all doors is what we must do in order to find peace in this world. If you are unsure of how to begin your path to healing, I encourage you to start with a simple self care technique. You can revisit a modality that has worked for you in the past, or explore a new one! The world of healing is your oyster! Whether that be going to a yoga class, getting a massage, or giving yourself a mini facial in the bath, do something FOR YOU AND ONLY YOU and take a moment to notice how different you feel!

JOIN MCKENZIE FOR YOGA THIS WEEK
My dear friend, who also happens to be an amazing teacher and human being, is subbing for my class this Wednesday at 5 PM while I am in the great state of Iowa doing RAGBRAI (the Registered Annual Greatest Bike Ride Across Iowa).
I highly suggest making it over to her class this week as this is only happening this week! I will resume teaching next week with my yoga concert featuring Tara Rose and we only have 5 classes left!
