Over the next six to twelve months, Spelman Johnson is curating an #SJCOVIDCohort of our placements and client organizations that conducted search processes that were primarily or entirely virtual–from recruitment to hiring to on-boarding.Participants will engage in interviews, blogs, and/or short videos that reflect their experiences during the virtual recruitment, hiring and on-boarding processes. In addition to sharing their experiences with the broader community, we hope to develop a network that supports their transition. While COVID-19 may have pushed us into insolation, Spelman Johnson seeks to bring this community of leaders together to learn and support each other. Our participants have a unique perspective to share, and we hope you will find their experiences valuable.
