February 2022 Newsletter

Welcome to the Transplant Community Coalition Newsletter!

We're thrilled to announce the launch of the Transplant Community Coalition's newsletter.

The Transplant Community Coalition's mission is to address the most pressing unmet needs of the transplant community at each stage in their journey. Our mission centers on four core pillars:

  • Guiding transplant recipients as they navigate COVID-19 and life as an immuno-compromised individual.
  • Diversifying donors to get organs to minority communities that are disproportionately represented on the transplant waiting list.
  • Supporting those awaiting transplant and their loved ones with custom resources and opportunities for connection.
  • Engaging donor families by developing custom support resources and opportunities to elevate the mission and impact of donation.

In each month's newsletter, we'll highlight interesting news, events, initiatives, and resources that fall within each pillar.

Have suggestions for resources we can include in our newletter or on our website? Respond to this email! We would love to hear from you.
