Hello FVS Community.

My name is Kristine Dozier. I serve as a member of the FVS Board of Trustees and am also a proud FVS parent (Classes of 2028 and 2031). I am now privileged to serve as Chair of the Search Committee for our 10th Fountain Valley Head of School.

I am abundantly grateful for the exceptional faculty, differentiated learning opportunities, and meaningful community FVS offers.

Our Head of School search is actively underway. We are following a rigorous process to identify and recommend a worthy Head of School to our Board of Trustees. FVS has engaged DRG Consulting, a nationally recognized search firm, with Principal Consultants Jennifer Fleischer and Staci Seeley serving as our primary support.

Our Search Committee is comprised of a broad group of individuals with varied

backgrounds in academia, business, and boarding and day school operations. The Search Committee includes faculty and administrative leaders, alumni, current and former trustees, and parents. Most committee members connect to FVS in multiple ways. I am thankful for this talented group of committee members who individually and collectively value FVS. FVS continues positive momentum toward its Path to Summit 2030, including solidifying FVS as the premier boarding school in the American West. The vision includes continuation of a unique and engaging educational experience, a bold vision for invigorating and challenging the student body by promoting academic excellence and championing the cultural and social enrichment vital for nurturing global citizens. Our Head of School selection will be aligned with these important pillars.
