NAMIC Announces George Cheeks, CBS Entertainment Group Chief as Honorary Chair of NAMIC's 35th Annual Conference
We are pleased to announce CBS President and Chief Executive Officer George Cheeks as the Honorary Chair of NAMIC’s 35th Annual Conference. The conference will take place virtually, October 5 – 8, 2021, and provide a global platform for emerging and thought leaders to discuss topics ranging from culturally competent marketing to social justice.


Commit to be Counted: AIM/PAR Workforce Diversity Survey Launches November 2021
NAMIC and WICT announced the timeline for launching its 2021 joint AIM/PAR Workforce Diversity Survey, underwritten by the Walter Kaitz Foundation. Due to the effects of COVID-19 on workforces, the survey, originally scheduled to be fielded earlier this year, will now launch in November 2021. Key findings will be released next fall during Diversity Week 2022.

NAMIC's Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is offered in partnership with the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. ELDP is a globally celebrated program uniquely tailored for executives in the cable, media and entertainment industry.

ELDP targets upper-mid level executives of color whose performance and potential point them toward future senior executive positions.
