Vancouver:
I am Sepideh, (Sepi) Sarbazi, the Dietitian working for Life Designs Coaching and Consulting at the Pan Pacific Spa Utopia location. I have earned my MSc degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics. Upon landing in Canada in 2004, I updated my degree at the University of British Columbia after which, I completed a year-long practicum as a Provisional Dietitian, through the Dietetics Canadian Experience Program, (DCEP). Since becoming a registrant with the College of Dietitians of BC and Dietitians of Canada, I have worked in a variety of Acute and Long Term Care Centres around Greater Vancouver, including Richmond Hospital, Langley Memorial Hospital and various Out Patient Clinics.
During my community practice, I became passionate for public nutrition education with a focus on toddlers and pre-schoolers. In observing many parents experience the challenges of making the most nutritious food choices for their young children, while also trying to instil healthy eating habits, I became inspired to educate those well meaning parents on how to incorporate the art and science of eating into a worry free and fun part of their daily lives.
Being a mom to a young boy myself, I feel very passionate about helping parents, especially first time parents, instil a positive relationship with food in their children from the very first day of life. I enjoy guiding parents through infanthood, early childhood and even up to and through the potentially trying teen years so they become capable eaters into adulthood. After all, I strongly believe that how we teach our children to make choices and decisions about nourishing their bodies will directly affect the way they feel about themselves and how they interact with the world around them.

North Van:
I am Nilou Forooghian and I am the Dietitian working for Life Designs Coaching & Consulting at the North Van Spa Utopia.
My passion for nutrition and a healthy lifestyle started at a young age when I saw its impact on people close to me. I love to embody and teach all those principles that I believe in and know will make one's life more fulfilling, balanced and healthy. After completing my BSc in Dietetics at UBC and an internship at the QEII in Nova Scotia, I've gained a wide range of work experiences in areas such as diabetes education, geriatrics, nephrology, paediatrics as well as pre and postnatal nutrition. I take pride in being creative in teaching healthy living principles to make learning more enjoyable.
I truly believe that the start to creating a healthy lifestyle for yourself and those close to you can be as easy as changing your usual lunch spot to taking the stairs on your way there! It's a way of life that is attainable and my passion is to help people use their own knowledge and strength to create it, see it and maintain it.
