Do you realize...

In the last 12 months, there has been approximately $2.5 million in new investment and renovations within FirstPark resulting in 30 jobs? Also, this was the second year in a row that we have increased our rebates or dividends to the 24 KRDA/FirstPark member communities.
Survey says...
The 21 businesses within FirstPark were surveyed in August and in the October update we will report some of the findings. One question asked was about the types of businesses or services that workers in FirstPark would like to see and the answers highlight an underserved workforce that wants specific services closer to their jobs.
Food trucks in FirstPark

Food trucks are welcome on Technology Drive at FirstPark Drive on Fridays anytime between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., but there are rules that must be followed. An application must be completed with the FirstPark office at 46C FirstPark Drive and food vendors must gain a permit from Town of Oakland Code Enforcement Officer Dave Savage to ensure that adequate insurance and state licensing is in place. Handicraft or farm produce vendors are also welcome and they are required to have permits from the Town of Oakland, too.
