CHAMBER CARES HOLIDAY DRIVE
Benefiting the Central R-3 Backpack Program
Sponsored by Domino's Pizza
Hosted by The Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce & Sponsored by Domino's Pizza, this year's Chamber Cares Holiday Drive with benefit the Central School's Backpack Program through the collection of Non-Perishable, Kid-Friendly Food Items.

The backpack food program provides nutritious, non-perishable, easy-to-prepare food to children to ensure they get enough food on weekends and holidays to avoid hunger when they can't depend on school meals. By providing kids with the nutrients they need when they're away from school, they show up on Monday morning healthy and ready to learn.

Foods Needed:

  • Juice Boxes or Shelf-Stable Milk
  • Kid-Friendly Canned Soup and Pasta
  • Pudding or Fruit Cups
  • Plastic Jars of Peanut Butter (16 oz.)
  • Individual Snacks
  • Granola Bars
  • Single-Serve Cereal
  • Tuna & Chicken Kits

Drop off donations to the Chamber Office or any participating Collection Site beginning November 9, 2020, through December 4, 2020.

  • UNICO Bank, 1000 East Main Street, Park Hills
  • SEED$ (Southeast Economic Development Fund), 5 Municipal Drive, Park Hills
  • Dale Mosier Auto Body & Sales, 201 Mulberry Street, Park Hills
  • CarSmart, 4854 US Highway 67, Farmington
  • New Era Bank, 207 W. Main Street, Park Hills
  • First State Community Bank, 365 W. Main Street, Park Hills
Hefner Furniture Christmas Parade
Peace on Earth
The Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce is once again proud to present the Hefner Furniture Christmas Parade!

Scheduled for December 3, 2020, this year's theme is "Peace on Earth".
With so much disappointment, controversy, and upsets in 2020, the Christmas Parade Committee agreed that there couldn't be a better theme for this year than "Peace on Earth".

Parade participants are encouraged to do design floats that express your vision of Peace on Earth in 2020.

In an effort to have a safe holiday event in 2020, we are sad to report that there will be no before of after parade festivities.

6:00 p.m. - Parade line-up
All parade entries MUST BE LINED UP BY 6:00 p.m. for Judging!

6:30 p.m. - The Hefner Furniture Christmas Parade Begins

There is NO Entry Fee to participate in the Parade.

Float Prizes:
1st Place - $200 Cash, Championship Trophy, & Gift Basket from Hefner Furniture & Appliance
2nd Place - $150 Cash
3rd Place - $100 Cash

Friday, December 4, 2020.
