Embody the Dharma
This mid-week sit will offer you a unique opportunity to greatly expand your understanding of the psychology, philosophy, and spirituality of the Buddhist Eight-Fold Path.

It will also help you to gain the necessary technical mastery that will exponentially increase the effectiveness of your meditation practice so you can:

  • Learn to incorporate a broad range of meditative skills that will enable you to customize your practice

  • Get in touch with your natural strengths and true purpose to live a life of courage and authenticity

  • Increase self-confidence and self-compassion in order to gain peace in areas of your life that tend to cause stress, anxiety and depression

  • Cultivate a consistent, reliable and effective meditation practice that will produce powerful breakthroughs in the areas that matter to you most
Within a safe and supportive group of dedicated meditators, we will focus on integrating meditative insights into daily life in order to establish lasting peace and harmony, as we aspire to embody the liberating promise of waking up to true happiness and freedom from suffering.
