Enhance your skills by taking part in this NEW 'Train the Trainer' program!

This is a free, professional development opportunity, that is entirely optional.

Expand knowledge basis in adult learning theories, identify and demonstrate best practices in the instructional design process grounded in the ADDIE Model, develop abilities using multimedia principles, amplify classroom management processes and audience engagement, increase use of innovative technological tools in both online learning and traditional classroom learning, integrate social learning, social facilitation, and the 16 factors of the learning transfer system inventory (LTSI), and more.

This program is open to VWCC Adjunct Instructors and staff members who can benefit from attending. Supervisor approval is required for staff members.

 Sessions will be held on the third Saturday each month from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. at

VWCC - The Thomas Center.  One hour is scheduled for lunch on your own.
