Invitation to the Cotswold Art & Antiques Dealers' Association Fair
As Chairman of the Cotswold Art & Antiques Dealers’ Association for the past four or is it five years, I am very much looking forward to exhibiting at our antiques fair venue at Compton Verney. A grand country house on the Fosse Way situated between Stratford-upon-Avon and Banbury, where we are proud to be the first to hold a fair within the Museum and Adam Hall environs.
A traditional boutique fair with over 30 exhibitors will showcase the very best of our membership and guests’ inventory, covering a plethora of specialisations with the requisite high standard of knowledge and expertise. Our Architectural Heritage exhibit will be a mix of Garden Antiques and Modern British Sculpture, along with Drawings, Paintings & Prints by Sculptors, mainly from 1900–1980; I will be bringing some new and exciting works...
As a bonus, Compton Verney will be concurrently holding an exhibition ‘Centuries in the Making’, celebrating the life (tri-centenary), legacy and genius of the of woodcarver and sculptor Grinling Gibbons (1648–1721).
