WPB Winter Passport
February 1 - 29
This week's your final chance to take advantage of our Winter Passport Program! This February, we encourage shoppers to explore all Wicker Park Bucktown specials and promotions! Collect stamps at participating WPB businesses and be entered to win a $25, $50 or $100 gift card; the more stamps you collect, the bigger the prize!
Passports must be dropped off at the WPB Chamber office no later than March 6! Drop-offs are available 24 hours a day via the mail slot at 1414 N. Ashland Ave.

Waste Less in WPB!
SSA #33 is excited to announce a composting pilot program in partnership with WasteNot Compost, Chicagoland’s largest compost collector and only zero-emissions service provider.
SSA #33 is proud to provide a full subsidy for participating, pin-holding businesses, making this program completely free to join. The program will be subsidized by SSA #33 until the end of March 2024. New participants are encouraged to and are able to enroll at any point during the pilot, and will receive a pro-rated subsidy based on the remaining duration of the program.

Special Service Area #33 has partnered with the Chicago Sculpture Exhibit to sponsor eight public artworks throughout the Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods for 2022-2023. The Chicago Sculpture Exhibit's mission is to bring art to the city's neighborhoods with the hope that you will encounter it throughout your daily life.

We are seeking ambitious, creative, organized, and opinionated community leaders to join the Commission of Special Service Area #33 – the improvement district of the Wicker Park Bucktown business corridors. SSA #33 plays a pivotal role in streetscaping, landscaping, sidewalk snow removal, marketing, public art, aesthetics, safety, and more.
If you own or rent a PIN-holding property in SSA #33 along the business corridors of Ashland, Damen, Division, Milwaukee, North, or Western and like the idea of spending local tax dollars on improvements and services that benefit the entire community, come joins us. Multiple slots on the Commission are open in 2023. If you think you have the passion and ideas to keep Wicker Park Bucktown thriving, it's time for us to hear from you.

The Restaurant Strong Fund | Grubhub and the Greg Hill Foundation Restaurant Strong Fund is now offering applications for their Restaurant Strong Grant which will distribute grants ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 to restaurants in need. Eligible restaurants must be a single-location establishment and fill out the application demonstrating proof of need. Applications are open now through Friday, March 15. | |
