This workshop will serve as an introduction to CasaXPS for the purposes of XPS data processing and analysis.

The workshop will cover the following topics:



• Importing, opening, merging and manipulating XPS data sets,
• Displaying data, sorting it, creating templates, visualizing data for publication,
• Working with backgrounds,
• Working with region quantification using a built-in RSF database,
• Peak fitting and constraints, quantifying synthetic components vs quantifying the regions,
• Exporting the quantification of the results.
