THE JUDICIARY PRESENTS A LUNCH & LEARN EVENT:

Navigating a Multi-Generational Workforce

What? The upcoming Lunch & Learn will focus on the challenges and rewards of working within a multi-generational workforce. The speaker will highlight how members of different generations approach work, view work-life balance, and professional communication. Different colleagues have varying opinions, which will be explored.

Topics will include:

• What are the generations and the perceived characteristics of each?
• What are generational differences?
• How can we successfully navigate the strengths of members of various generations within the workplace?

The goal of the session is to provide participants with an awareness of evolving workforce dynamics and to provide participants with recommendations on how to most effectively navigate a multi-generational workforce with tact and productivity.



When? Tuesday, March 12th at 12 p.m.

Who? Shatanese Reese, SPHR, SHRM-SCP (pictured above left) and Ama Agyapong (pictured above right) will co-facilitate this workshop.

Shatanese Reese, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a certified emotional intelligence coach and Senior Professional in Human Resources with over 20 years of HR experience.

Ama Agyapong is a talented senior-level consultant with 15 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, program development, employee engagement, diversity, equity, & inclusion, and culture change management.
