supporting entrepreneurs engaged in climate, cleantech or circular economy and seeking Seed Stage, Series A and Series B funding.
Applications close at Midnight, 13 September, 2020,
with notifications of finalists the following week. We invite you to apply.
The Pitch event takes place
Thursday, 12 November
at a Central London location which we will also
webcast
concurrently to a larger international audience of investors.
10 entrepreneurs will be selected to pitch to investment funds actively scouting for
best-in-class, market-ready technologies and projects.
Our previous event was held in May and due to lock-down was a virtual event, attracting
over
150
investors. A number of six and seven figure investments have already taken place as a direct result of this program. This is not pitch practice - this is where deals happen!

What you get if selected:
- Meet active, pre-qualified investors from Greenbackers network: Corporate Venture Funds, Technology VC’s, Impact Investors, Single and multi-Family Offices & UHNWIs, Asset and Project Finance specialist funds and Angel Syndicates.
- Pitch training and rehearsal: induction and best practice webinar PLUS rehearsals with the Greenbackers team - to help you get ready, gain feedback and perfect your pitch in advance.
- Video of your presentation: a video will be made of your pitch presentation and posted on Greenbackers YouTube channel. Use it for your own marketing efforts.
- Ample time to engage with the attending investors, at the Live Pitch in London with lunch provided.
- Post-Pitch followups with all investors (even the 'no-shows'). The Greenbackers team follows up with all investors for 10 weeks afterwards, ensuring that any possible expression of interest doesn't go cold. We want you funded!
- LinkedIn and Twitter campaigns targeting even more investors, with links to your pitch, post-event. Now in its 3rd year, the program is attracting excellent support and publicity.

For those we select, there is an
entry fee
of £795 (+VAT)
which includes 2 tickets for your team, a 10 minute pitching slot, pitch training, rehearsals, video of your presentation and lunch on the day at the live event. Should any investment be made as a consequence of the introductions that Greenbackers make, a
success fee
of
4%
is charged on the amount of funds closed.
