Dear Friends,

I hope you're having a good week and enjoying soaking in our weekly memory verses in the book of James. This Sunday we'll be studying James 2:1-13.
I'm very excited to be hosting another Songs of Hope Concert featuring authentic Middle Eastern music by the Bridges Ensemble coming up on Friday night, October 22 at 7pm in the Auditorium. This event is free but we'll be taking a special offering to benefit Roads of Success, an organization that empowers, aids and advocates for women, refugees and persecuted minorities throughout the Middle East. Be sure to RSVP online for this event. Our last Songs of Hope concert was such a special night. I know you won't want to miss this one.

Keep shining,
This Week's Memory Verse
Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to get angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. James 1:19-20
