Project Description:
Work will consist of interior renovation of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association’s (RHCA’s) Headquarters, an 11,000 square foot building that includes office space areas, storage/service area, training room, multi-purpose room, conference room, new lobby/atrium space, canopy and a privacy fence. Scope of work included but not limited to selective demolition, concrete, masonry, metals, woods, building insulation, fire stopping, joint sealants, doors, frames and hardware, aluminum glazed storefront, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpet, wall covering, painting, metal canopy, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and minor exterior improvements.

Please include material lead times as well as any value engineering and/or voluntary alternate for cost savings and time improvement.
Bidders must submit pricing based on plans and specs. There are no separate specifications provided other than what is on Plan Sheet SPEC1. Send bids directly to Yesenia Garcia via email as specified below.
