Holder Construction and Con-Real are partnering with the Texas A&M University System on the construction of the Tarleton State University – Fort Worth – Building #2.
 
The project consists of a new 102,000 SF classroom building consisting of a steel structure, structured slab, classroom labs, tiered lecture auditorium, and common spaces. Construction is scheduled to commence in March of 2022 with an anticipated 21 month completion schedule.

This project is committed to achieving HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) participation.
