Responding to Jesus' Great Commission to 'make disciples of all nations' (Mt. 28:18) and convinced of Jesus' promise, 'I will build My church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it' (Mt. 16:18) The Center for United States Missions focuses on the multiplication of faith communities.

POWER WEEK - YOUR INVITATION TO MULTIPLY!

The purpose of the Center for United States Missions is to  "Equip disciples to multiply faith communities." As part of our strategy, we are working to equip and multiply Certified Trainers who will take and use our Churches Planting Churches (CPC) and Church Planting Essentials (CPE) trainings in their own districts, networks, and wherever God opens doors.

These trainings are presented in partnership with Dynamic Church Planting International, our long-time church planting partner. By partnering with DCPI, we participate in their vision of planting 5 million dynamic new churches globally.

You are invited to join us for our POWER WEEK trainings - CPC & CPE are offered at no cost to participants who want to explore and launch new churches from their congregations, and to mission leaders and church planters who are launching new ministries and churches. In addition, we also want to train and certify new Certified Trainers who will be equipped to present these trainings locally as part of your strategy to start new Gospel Outreach Ministries and new congregations.

The CPC and CPE trainings are stand-alone, for those who wish to attend either or both. If you want to be certified as a Trainer, you must attend both trainings in their entirety.  Teams from congregations are invited to explore how their congregation might begin the process of starting new (CPC). Planters and their teams are encouraged to be trained in the essentials of planting (CPE).

Thanks to one of the Center's great friends, two valuable resources will be given to those who attend the Church Planting Essentials training. Each planter or team will be given a copy of Bob Logan's newest resource, The Church Planting Journey (2019), and a copy of Logan's Guide for Discipling. These two great resources will be given to you, free of charge, if you are one of  the first 35 planters/teams who sign up for the training on our website.

Each individual or group who attends will also prepare a vision and plan for their own particular context, applying these principle-based trainings to their own situations and target groups.


Please note that the registration deadline is September 12 for this FREE training. After September 12, the cost will be $249 per team per training.

MISSOURI DISTRICT - CHURCHES PLANTING CHURCHES

A  Churches Planting Churches  training was sponsored by the Missouri District on August 16-17 at Faith Lutheran Church in Springfield, MO.  45 participants from 12 churches worked on plans for at least seven new missions. 


Once again, we have demonstrated how powerful this training can be! Participants expressed appreciation for the training, and especially for the opportunity to work together on vision and planning a new start. 

One individual wrote: "[This was] not just another outreach meeting; this exceeded my expectations! I have renewed focus and determination for mission!"
MINNESOTA SOUTH DISTRICT - PLANTER'S PRAYER SUMMIT

The Minnesota South District invited their church planters and spouses to a
Church Planter Prayer Summit on  August 24, at Lebanon Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. 

A Day of Encouragement and Prayer focused on the Lord's Prayer in the context of the "triumphal procession in Christ" (2 Corinthians 2:14-15). Each petition of the Lords Prayer offered opportunity for teaching, singing, and prayer for God's mission in our communities.







LINC-Twin Cities, the Minnesota South District, and the Center for U.S. Missions organized and presented the Summit.
