Skål International is inviting companies to participate in the tender process for the development of our new ERP system with a fully integrated CRM module and website platform.

This project is a key part of our digital modernization plan to enhance our global operations, member engagement, and overall organizational efficiency.

We kindly ask you to review the document carefully and if you are interested in participating in the tender process, please complete the Tender Response Form below.

Upon receipt of the completed form, we will issue a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Once the NDA has been duly signed, you will be granted access to detailed documentation covering all modules and workflows.

Key points to consider



• The platform will support multilingual content (English, Spanish, and French).
• The website solution must be fully scalable, with the capacity to accommodate between 150 and 350 individual sites, including those for National Committees, Area Committees, and local Clubs.
• These sites will be generated using predefined templates specific to each entity type (Club, National Committee, Area Committee), ensuring consistency and ease of deployment.
• Preference will be given to companies that operate in Spanish, are available during Spanish business hours, and possess comprehensive knowledge of Spanish and European regulations related to legal compliance, financial management, data protection (GDPR), online payments, and the specific legal framework governing non-profit associations
• All offers submitted for this tendering process must be in Euros (EUR).
• An independent tendering process will be conducted in parallel to select a professional website design agency. This firm will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of Skål International’s digital presence, including positioning, content strategy, and recommendations for member engagement. While this company will not be responsible for developing the website itself, it will provide critical input on structure, messaging, and purpose. A single company may bid for both tenders or submit a joint proposal with a preferred partner to manage the other part.
