Skål International is looking for qualified website design agencies to participate in a tender process for the development of a comprehensive website redesign that will support the transformation and modernization of our organization.

We are seeking a comprehensive redesign for the development of a modern, multilingual, mobile-first website with user-friendly navigation and an accessible design.

The proposal should include a clear vision for the new website, presenting a suggested content structure and sitemap tailored to the specific needs and organizational structure of Skål International.

The website will feature both a public-facing area and a secure, members-only section. It must be integrated with the central database to allow dynamic search functionality across various pages, based on fields to be defined.

We are seeking a strategic partner to help us define and implement a roadmap that will:

• Increase our global visibility and influence,
• Attract new members and retain existing ones,
• Strengthen our brand identity, and
• Position Skål International as a leading voice in the global tourism and travel industry.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with international or membership-based organizations.
• Expertise in brand positioning, communications, and digital engagement.
• Capacity to tailor creative and strategic solutions for non-profit structures.
• (Preferred) English-speaking agency with multicultural capabilities.
• Availability to work closely with Skål’s Executive Board and General Secretariat.

Important Notes

• Skål International is also currently conducting a separate tender for the development of a new ERP system and website platform, available in the link above. We are looking for a marketing partner who can offer strategic guidance on the digital platform’s structure, tone, and content, without overlapping with the technical development.
• Some agencies may submit joint proposals in collaboration with web development firms, and this will be taken into consideration.

• All proposals must be submitted by 27 July 2025 in English.
