Introductions and Sharing Organizational Structure:
We will begin by introducing ourselves and our respective offices. This will provide an opportunity to understand each other's team dynamics and areas of expertise. Each group will be allocated time to share. Come prepared to share: Who you are and who do you support? How do you contribute to the growth of the company? Do you have any data you wish to share? Can you tie that data back to operational improvements or processes?
Best Practice Sharing:
These will include Learning Management Systems (LMS), in-house technical training classes and customer training classes. By sharing our best practices, we can learn from each other's successes and identify strategies to implement in our own offices.
Collaborative Think Tank:
We will conduct interactive workshops to brainstorm ideas and solutions for common training challenges. This will be a time for open discussions and exchanging insights on how to improve our training programs and develop our associates. Come prepared to share: Challenges and questions for the group.

At Brady, we strongly believe in the power of collaboration, and this Training Summit is an excellent opportunity to foster connections and share knowledge. We are confident that by working together, we can enhance our training programs and elevate the capabilities of our Associates.
To ensure we accommodate everyone, please let us know if your office plans to attend the Training Summit by 8/15/23. We would love to have as many people involved as possible. Of course in person is preferred, but if you cannot make it, we will have a TEAMS option for anyone who is interested.
