The Educational Display Showcase is

an important Feature of the Conference.

ALL club MEMBERS are invited to actively participate in the

Conference by creating a Poster for the Showcase.

This is a way for your members to present information on Xerophytes, club projects, cactus & succulent research, publications such as books and journal articles, and weblogs and other social media, etc. We believe this is a wonderful opportunity for you to network

with the conference attendees.

Keep in mind that this year‘s

conference theme is

‘The Deserts of North America’.

However, the scope of the

educational displays may certainly extend

well beyond our continent!!

A BUGS HOME NURSERY

We are excited to have A Bug's Home Nursery as both a Conference Vendor and Sponsor. As featured in our Guidebook, Owner David Feller established the nursery in 2018 in San Antonio, Texas as a continuation of his parents nursery, The Orchid Farm that had been in business for 40 years. He specializes in cacti and succulents but also native and perennial Texas plants. With a passion for plants and travel, he has had the blessing to have traveled across the world seeing plants and how they grow in different environments.

David is the current President of the San Antonio Cactus & Xerophyte Society and a member of the Texas Cactus Coalition.

'A Hobby Gone Out of Control' That's how owner Jimmy Black describes Claret Ranch Cactus & Succulents. He has deep roots in West Texas which gave him an early appreciation for the desert and and its wildlife. Jimmy is both a Conference Speaker and Sponsor. He is the founder and president of the Texas Cactus Coalition.
