You are invited to the 23rd Annual Corporate Governance Conference hosted by the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance!
We're excited to announce that pre-registration is now open for the 2025 Annual Corporate Governance Conference! It will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at the Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center on the UT Dallas campus.
We are offering a simplified meeting structure this year with all sessions held in one room over the course of the day. Topics will include governance issues faced by organizations operating in a private capital environment, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans, family office investments, and private equity portfolio firms and sponsors, plus overall corporate governance topics applicable to public, private, and non-profit organizations.
For institute members and corporate sponsors, the fee for attending the annual conference is included in your membership or sponsorship. For guests, your conference fee includes an annual institute membership, so please join us!
