New 4-H operating procedures

The operating procedures for the new Marin County 4-H Club - the 4-H Remodel - have been approved. The new charted name is the Unified Marin County 4-H Club and Volunteer Management Organization, shortened to Marin County 4-H Club. The purpose of the Marin County 4-H Club shall be to provide high-quality positive youth development and educational opportunities to meet the needs of young people. Club decisions are made by consensus by the youth & adult Leadership Team and Marin 4-H staff. 4-H youth and families can provide input directly to the Leadership Team. Read more.

4-H Information

The Marin County 4-H program helps young people, ages 5-18, reach their fullest potential as competent, confident individuals who contribute to and are connected with their communities. In 4-H programs, youth set goals, develop plans, complete projects, and reflect on their experiences. Youth are encouraged to discover their passions, adopt a growth mindset, and practice self-reflection.
