Invo Healthcare Family,

As we monitor the COVID-19 situation in our communities, we continue to prioritize family and staff health and safety above all else. That is why, effective Saturday, April 4th, we have decided to transition all services to telemedicine and temporarily suspend in-person home-based intervention.

We regret the disruption this may cause for family members and staff but embrace the opportunity to work together to innovate services to support families and staff in the communities we serve.

If you are just getting started with telemedicine, an Invo team member will be in touch to help facilitate this transition. Our goal is to begin this process with a consultative telemedicine session for your family as soon as is convenient . This initial step allows us to discuss the best treatment options for your family during this time and share some of the technology we are investing in to help enable this service delivery model.

Our primary focus is on you, our families, and on continued positive outcomes. We have made further investments in technology and trainings to ensure that our telemedicine efforts are reflective of our continued commitment to excellence. We look forward to your feedback on how to tailor treatment programs to meet your needs and will continue developing content to aid in the scheduling and convenience of this service delivery. The goal is to make every appropriate resource available to you.

We are confident that this is the right decision to protect the health and safety of our families and staff and that this transition will be temporary. Home and center-based services will resume, hopefully in a short period of time, and we will be there fully staffed to ramp support back up once it is safe to do so. Unfortunately, no one can predict exactly when that will be, which is why we will make every effort to provide the highest quality, fully individualized support online. We look forward to serving you in this way, and in any other way we can, during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. We will be in touch with more updates soon.
Today is World Autism Day. Though we are separated by this pandemic, the Invo Healthcare team across the country is coming together today virtually and lighting it up blue in honor of the incredible children and families we serve. Thank you for making us part of your journey. We are so proud to be part of this community.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to your BCBA.
