Words from Weisner
We have new cafeteria managers beginning this week. Carmon Bzdafka and Raquel Hazel will be in charge of the cafeteria. Since both of them have helped in the cafeteria with food preparation, ordering, and assisting with the cafeteria, it should be an easy transition!

We also sent out an email on Monday to all parents about the “summer uniforms”. Given the temperatures that are predicted this week, we will extend the “summer uniform” policy through this week. Beginning on Monday, October 7, we will start the regular uniform policy. All of the uniform information is on the dress code page of the school website for further reference.

Finally, looking ahead, we have Terra Nova Tests for students in Grades 3 – 8 beginning on Monday, October 14 and running through Friday, October 18. These tests are given each morning from 8:30 until about 11:30. Please make sure that there are no “appointments” during this time of testing. I appreciate your support with this.

Until next week,
Janet Weisner
