The Club is searching for a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead daily operations and staff while working closely with the Board of Governors on strategic direction, financial planning and capital projects. The ideal candidate will bring private club or comparable hospitality leadership experience, sound financial judgment and a presence that builds trust with members, employees and the Board.

Established in 1965, Haworth Country Club is a private, non-equity club set on approximately 175 acres in Bergen County, New Jersey, with easy access to New York City. Approximately 420 members from diverse, multicultural backgrounds enjoy an 18-hole championship course redesigned by Robert Trent Jones Jr. in 2000, a year-round tennis, pickleball and fitness center featuring seven indoor courts, and American and Asian-inspired cuisine, as well as weddings, corporate events and golf outings. Ownership continues to invest in the Club, with a clubhouse refresh, replacement course bridges and a new irrigation system scheduled for 2027.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Director of Operations will step into a newly created role overseeing daily operations in golf, food and beverage, banquets, racquets, recreation and member services. This leader will guide five department directors, including finance, setting clear expectations, managing budgets, labor and cost controls, and partnering with the General Manager to enhance systems, staffing and standards. A visible, approachable and culturally aware style will be key to upholding Haworth's entrepreneurial culture while building well-trained teams and consistent execution throughout the Club.

North Carolina State University Club in Raleigh, North Carolina, is looking for a Clubhouse Manager to direct daily operations at a family-oriented private club owned and governed by more than 900 members. Founded in 1961, the Club has finished the first two phases of a $25M master plan and is well known for its racquet sports, expansive aquatic complex, Par-3 golf course and lively calendar of member events.

Food and beverage is a central focus of this senior-level role, spanning member dining outlets, banquets, catering sales and a growing wine and craft beer program. The Clubhouse Manager will lead a tenured management team, handle budgeting, hiring, training and menu development, and collaborate with the GM/COO to strengthen a Member-Centric service culture.
