AVON, CONNECTICUT – JANUARY 27, 2025 – Ironwood Capital is pleased to announce its subordinated debt investment in ECS Environmental Solutions (“ECS” or the “Company”), a provider of odor and air pollution control systems for the municipal and industrial end markets. ECS is a portfolio company of Argosy Private Equity and Ironwood’s investment was used to support a refinancing of the Company’s existing debt facilities.
