AVON, CT AND BOSTON, MA – JUNE 29, 2026 - Ironwood Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Pinnacle Contracting Services (“Pinnacle” or the “Company”), has expanded its service offering via the acquisition of CJones Plumbing (“CJones”), a Kernersville, North Carolina-based provider of residential plumbing installation services. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step in Pinnacle’s growth, adding plumbing installation services to its existing concrete, masonry, and landscaping capabilities.

Founded in 2001, CJones is a full-service plumbing installation service provider for new home and townhome construction projects across the Piedmont Triad (serving Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point, North Carolina).
