Tortosa Homeowners,

The Main Park “Irrigation Lake”, is just that. An irrigation lake.  

Please, stop swimming, kayaking and entering the lake. These activities will eliminate the opportunity to add fish for fishing enjoyment, and will damage the structure of lake. There is no dock, therefore no boats. No swimming, boating, kayaking, wake boarding. No motorized anything is to be put into the lake.  

This is water for irrigation purposes only! The only thing allowed in the lake is fish.  

Don’t ruin this beautiful amenity that has taken so long to be able to enjoy.  

If you are caught in the lake, swimming, boating etc., the Maricopa PD will be contacted and charges will be filed.
