But if it is, talk about an answer to prayer!

A leaked draft opinion from the U.S. Supreme Court indicates that Roe v. Wade will soon be overturned. We have no idea if this is true or not.

In 2006, we passed the Human Life Protection Act that protects every unborn baby from abortion if Roe v. Wade is overturned. In 2020, you passed the Love Life Amendment that protects that law from judicial activism.

Earlier today, Senator Katrina Jackson passed the SB 342, the Reaffirmation of the Human Life Protection Act, through the Louisiana Senate. SB 342 reaffirms that 2006 law and ensures consistency between Louisiana's civil and criminal law on abortion. We need the Louisiana House of Representatives to pass SB 342!

Summer is en-route and we are busy getting ready for our Pulse Leadership Institute (PLI) scheduled for July 11th-15th. PLI is intended to train high-school and college students to be compelling leaders by educating and empowering them in pro-life apologetics.

This summer more than ever, we need to be preparing Generation Z as their lives have been inundated with conversations about abortion access, jurisprudence, and the potential reversal of Roe v. Wade. We have a responsibility to ensure they are ready to make pro-life decisions as they pursue their future career paths and help us retain our current pro-life laws.
