Is There Any Hope For Hmong Villagers?
Greetings!

I made the most distant and emotional travel up to the North, which is close to the Laos border where the villagers have no electric and no roads.

I got dizzy as I was looking at the three level road, allegedly the most zig-zagging road that I have ever seen. You will need a "head of heights" to tackle the high-altitude of these mountains. I was wondering how local people can live and shelter in places like that. Is there any hope for the Hmong Villagers?

Born in a central highland of Vietnam, I witnessed the change of many villagers by the Gospel. When the Gospel comes, it changes culture, customs, habits, and behaviors, and new life comes. New life in Christ impulses villagers seeking wisdom and who value education. When the church is strong, the community of villagers become strong; this comes from a good Christian education.

We believe that Christian education is a way of hope for villagers. I appeal you to pray and take part in this ministry with us.

To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27).
Thank you for your prayers and your support,

National Director for CCI Vietnam
Testimonies
From a CCI Student:
"In my testimony last month, I shared of how Book #4 (Preaching and Pastoral Ministry) benefits my ministry. And now, I bring you a second testimony of this book.

The calling to become is a pastor is privilege and responsible mission. All qualifications of a pastor that are listed in the Bible are a challenge, but also a goal for everyone who is pursuing his/her calling. Without a well-managed family, hospitality, teachability, love, kindness, and the pursuit of holiness of life, this person should not take a pastoral position. Being a pastor of a church, I am praying that God empowers me to become a good servant of Him and to have a good reputation among our community."

From a CCI Graduate:
"Being a busy woman, I cannot pursue any Bible Study program. Praise God for CCI, who has brought theological education to my church so that any busy person can achieve the Bible learning program. I told my classmates that the CCI curriculum is likely designed for me only. As a pastor's wife, I am doing ministry every day. The CCI training helps me improve my skills in evangelism, serving, building up God’s people and church planting.

I was so impressed with the Church History subject. I learned a lot from the people in history who dedicated their lives for God’s mission. They empowered me with their great faith heritage."

Updates
During our three days of visiting and training at a church in the north, we also provided face masks and a water filtration system. The water purification system was provided by a Korean group, which is verified by the Ministry of Medical Affairs of Vietnam. Pastor T is associated with a contact who helped to implement this project. It is hoped that a thousand families in this area will be provided with a water filtration system this year.
