REDISTRICTING UPDATE
Three new County Redistricting Map Alternatives have been posted to the County website and to the Redistricting mapping application for public and Board of Supervisors consideration and comment.

The public is invited to attend (in person or via ZOOM) the fourth Redistricting Special Meeting, this Wednesday, November 3rd, at 9 am. Staff will present these three map alternatives and seek direction to narrow down the options in order to prepare the ordinance for map adoption by the December 15, 2021, deadline.

While we support the bipartisan infrastructure package, employers have suffered staggering financial setbacks as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and the reconciliation bill will only add to that struggle while they are attempting to rebuild, recover and deal with acute workforce shortages.
