Is This the Right Step?

The Plasticity Program is not right for everyone — and we are committed to honesty about that. Here is a clear guide to help your family evaluate whether this makes sense:

This program tends to be a strong fit when:

  • Multiple prior providers and treatments have not fully resolved the condition
  • The person is still actively experiencing symptoms that limit daily life
  • They are motivated and willing to invest in a focused, intensive approach
  • The family is open to traveling for the right solution
  • They are ready to explore a fundamentally different model of care

This program may not be the right fit when:

  • The person is not yet ready to commit to a 5-day intensive format
  • The primary decision driver is insurance coverage
  • Travel is not a possibility under any circumstances
  • The family is still in the early stages of exploring conventional treatment options

A note on skepticism

It is completely normal — and actually healthy — to be skeptical. Most of our patients and their families come in skeptical. They have been through a lot and have heard many promises. We do not ask for blind belief. We ask for an honest evaluation.

The first step is a free candidacy assessment where our team will tell you — directly and honestly — whether we believe this program is likely to help based on your specific case. If we do not think you are a good candidate, we will tell you.

What Families Say

The following are representative of the experiences families have shared after going through the program:

“We were skeptical. Our son had tried everything over three years. Within two days we were watching him do things we hadn’t seen in years.”

— Parent of a 24-year-old patient, post-concussion syndrome

“I came in not believing anything could help after 4 years of being stuck. The data they showed me on Day 5 made me emotional. I could see the change in front of me.”

— Patient, traveled from out of state

“As a spouse watching someone you love suffer, you want answers. For the first time, the team actually showed us what was wrong — and showed us it had changed.”

— Spouse of a patient

Next Steps

If you have read this guide and believe this may be the right path, here is exactly what happens next — with no pressure and no obligation:

1. Complete a short online questionnaire (10–15 minutes). This helps our team understand the case before any conversation.

2. A member of our clinical team will review the submission and reach out to schedule a free candidacy assessment call.

3. On the call, our team will discuss the case in detail, answer all questions, and give an honest assessment of whether the program is likely to help.

4. If the program is a good fit and your family decides to move forward, we will help coordinate scheduling and travel logistics.
