The B2SD picnic will be on Tuesday, July 30 from 6:30PM-8:00PM in the gym  
(immediately following the All-School Worship).  

Meal Tickets will be sold for just $3.00 each   from 3:30PM-5:15PM   in the elementary area and from 6:30-7:30 at the gym entrance.

Important: Please bring CASH to purchase meal tickets.   
Student accounts cannot be billed. Thank You!

A Message from the School Nurse

If your child requires medication to be administered during school hours,  this form must be completed and on file in the nurse's station.

Save time by completing it ahead of time and drop it off to the nurse on B2SD. 

SPORTS PHYSICAL DOCUMENTATION
All student athletes in grades 6 through 12 must have a completed ELCA Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Packet on file with the athletic trainer prior to the start of the athlete’s sport. Return packets to Athletic Trainer, Stephanie Vasquez.

After-School Enrichment

During the ELCA enrollment process, there is an opportunity to register for the After-School Enrichment Program. Parents who specified the need for their children to attend ASEP on a regular, full-time basis will be billed according to the guidelines available at www.elcaonline.org/apps/pages/asep .

If you did not register for ASEP during the enrollment process and you wish to do so, please visit www.elcaonline.org/apps/pages/asep to register as soon as possible.

No registration is required for students who may or will attend ASEP on a drop-in basis.

More information about ASEP will be communicated soon. If you wish to verify your child's enrollment into the program, remove your child from the program or otherwise have any questions, please stop by the ASEP booth on B2SD.

Calling All Writers and Editors! 
ELCA needs volunteers.

If you would be willing to volunteer one or two days a week to help students improve their writing skills, please contact us. This opportunity is available to all ELCA parents, grandparents, and ELFBC members. Schedules include a two-hour block (11:30 am – 1:30 pm) including three 25 minute sessions with students. Lunch in ELCA’s cafeteria by SAGE is included during your scheduled block. 

Come join us for one of our exciting adventures during the 2019-20 school year.

Stop by the World Impact booth to register for trips. High school students may register for Cuba, Budapest/Hungary, Puerto Rico, or the College Exposure trip. Middle school students can register for Orlando, Kentucky, and Washington DC. Check out details online.

Trip coordinator, Holly Capp, will be available to answer all your questions.
Middle or high school students interested in Cross Country can meet at the rock at 3:30PM on Friday, August 1 . Make sure you bring a water bottle.
