One of my best friends wears an Apple watch. Joanne used to wear a Fitbit. For the last five years or so, I have worn a GPS watch on nearly all of my runs. Fitness trackers are seemingly everywhere these days, but is using one really a good idea? We share our thoughts in this month's He Said, She Said.
