Air Handling Systems offers a variety of flexible hoses, over twenty different types from 2" to 12" in diameter. Some of our more popular flexible hoses include our U20 (20-MIL) urethane for Vertical Panel Saws and Edgebanders to U30 urethane (30-MIL) for CNC Router and Moulder applications. For even more abrasive conditions, we have a our U45 45-MIL urethane flexible hose. RFH is a cost effective hose in comparison to the previous hose types indicated. RFH flexible hose can be ably supplied for less strenuous duties than the other hoses, popular applications include table saws and sanders.
Lightweight, Abrasion Resistance
Lightweight, transparent flexible hose with good flexibility and compressibility, U20 has nearly all the abrasion and environmental resistance as our U30 and U45. Ideal for Oil Mist applications. U20 is constructed of 20-MIL thick urethane. Recommended for Dust Collection uses: Vertical Panel Saw, and Edgebander.

U30 is ideal for traversing machinery such as CNC routers used in woodworking, plastics and solid surface dust collection. RFH can be used in numerous applications. It truly is a general purpose duct. Some of the uses are dust collection & fume removal. RFH has excellent ozone resistance, good chemical resistance, weather resistance, and U.V. resistance. Also available in

Static Dissipative
U30-SDC is the answer for combustible dust and those who want to minimize the static build up from the friction caused by the material traveling through the hose. It is a flexible thermoplastic urethane hose which is an ideal choice for highly abrasive applications such as pellets, or dust collection. Recommended for fine powders found in woodworking, solid surface, plastics, toner dust, graphite, fertilizer.
