You Can Update Your Phone Number(s) in the PayLess Portal
Is your phone number up to date with us? Don't miss an important call from us! Make sure to update your phone number, so we can reach you if we need to. You can easily update your phone number in the PayLess Portal.
Follow these steps to change your phone number:
You can update your email address in the PayLess Portal, too. Follow the same steps as above except choose "Update Your Billing Email." IMPORTANT! THE EMAIL YOU USE FOR YOUR LOGIN IS NOT THE EMAIL WE USE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU! Also, changing your login information DOES NOT change the email we use to contact you.
Follow these steps to change your phone number:
Log into the PayLess Portal using your portal login information
Click the "My Profile" button near the top right
Scroll down to "Update Your Phone Number"
Type in your new phone number.
Click "Save Phone Number"
You can also update your contact information using the PayLess app:
